Tyler M. Gnesda is an associate practicing within the firm’s tort defense practice.

Tyler graduated Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He was also a member of the Division I Baseball team where he was named to the American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team. Tyler then received a full merit scholarship to attend Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate and an emphasis in Alternative Dispute Resolution. While in law school, Tyler received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award (highest grade in the class) for Legal Writing, was elected as a representative on the Student Bar Association and served on the executive boards for various law school societies.

Tyler has dedicated the bulk of his career to civil litigation. Mainly, he has represented Fortune 500 companies in legal disputes involving personal injury, construction defects, and breach of contract. He has successfully argued a Motion for Summary Judgment, a Demurrer without leave to amend, as well as numerous other motions.

In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife, going to sporting events, and golfing.
