Alexis Johnson graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Writing. Alexis attended the Columbus School of Law in Washington, District of Columbia. While in law school, Alexis was awarded a merit scholarship for her dedication to legal advocacy and justice. As a student, Alexis was a law clerk with the United States Attorney’s Office in the District of Columbia for two years. 

In 2022, following graduation, Alexis began a fellowship with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and was subsequently hired after being admitted to the California State Bar in 2022. There she conducted nine jury trials to verdict as first chair and achieved successful verdicts for her office on every trial.  Alexis has conducted over 75 preliminary hearings, handled various motions including motions to suppress, Trombetta motions, discovery motions, and bail hearings. Alexis was nominated as the Victim Advocate Star in 2024. 

In 2025, Alexis decided to take her trial prowess to the civil litigation arena and joined our elite team of litigators.   

Alexis is involved in community outreach by participating in the Gang Reduction Intervention Program with elementary schools in Orange County. 

In her free time, Alexis enjoys reading, biking at the beach, and attending sporting events.
