Ashley Marie Maderos is an associate attorney practicing within the firm’s tort defense practice.

Ashley earned her Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law in 2020, graduating Cum Laude and earning an exemplary certificate for her outstanding dedication to public service. Before that, in 2016, Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree from Azusa Pacific University graduating with honors.

During her time in law school, Ashley served as a judicial law clerk at Orange County’s Superior Court, gaining invaluable experience conducting complex legal research, preparing bench memorandums, and assisting the Judge in various courtroom proceedings. Additionally, she clerked for San Diego’s Public Defender’s Office, further honing her legal skills and knowledge. Furthermore, Ashley had the opportunity to broaden her legal education by studying abroad at the University of Technology Sydney School of Law, where she focused on studying immigration and environmental law in Sydney, Australia.

Ashley was admitted to the California State Bar in 2021 and began her legal career as a family law attorney in San Francisco, California. Subsequently, she transitioned into civil litigation, representing businesses and corporations in complex catastrophic injury and property damage litigation, with a specialization in serving general contractors and construction-related enterprises.
